AIOI STUDIOS is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in the field of Visual Effects (VFX) and 3D Animation.
AIOI STUDIOS is looking for an experienced HR Manager who will partner with leaders and managers and provide guidance and support on a wide variety of people-related and organizational initiatives. As HR Manager, you help close the gap with managers on executing programs designed to attract, develop, reward, and retain our employees.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS (C&B)
- Develop, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits container programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive.
- Administer employee benefits container programs and communicate changes effectively.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective and unbiased investigations when necessary.
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies.
POLICY AND PROCEDURE DEVELOPMENT
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Stay informed about changing HR laws and regulations to ensure our company's compliance.
- Train staff in HR policies and procedures.
RECRUITMENT AND ONBOARDING
- Collaborate with department heads to plan and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
- Manage the performance appraisal process, offering guidance to department heads.
- Identify and implement performance improvement plans where necessary.
