1. Search for Supplier and purchase materials for company:

- Balance purchases/coordinate inbound materials in charge assigned by the Team Lead.

- Monitor and evaluate the responsiveness of Suppliers in the in charge product group.

- Search and develop supplier system to serve purchasing effectively.

- Work with the Logistic Department / Transport Services to arrange goods to arrive on time; Collect invoice, packing list and send to the person in charge of Logistic.

- Coordinate with relevant departments during contract implementation and goods receipt, coordinate to resolve/report incident situations that arise during implementation.

- Track and create warehouse inbound requests to the system when goods arrive.

- Coordinate with relevant departments during contract implementation and goods receipt, coordinate to resolve/report incident situations that arise during implementation.

2. Search for source, process sample request.

3. Search for source, process new project quotation.

4. Control, update Unit price and Lead time of materials in mass production phase.

5. Perform other support job.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. 02 years of experience in purchasing or purchasing goods in the field of electronic components with high  advantages.

2. Communicate fluently in English or Chinese.

3. Priority: Local candidates or neighboring areas: Can Giuoc, Can Duoc, Binh Chanh, District 7 Use word, excel, ppt,...

4. Graduated from college or higher majoring in Import and Export, Business Administration and related disciplines.
