***Position Overview

HSE Staff carries out the day-to-day activities of health and safety functions

***Job Functions:

• Guide safety operation standards, regulations and measures relating to occupation safety and hygiene to workers;
• Develop MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and put them ready in each related department.
• Co-ordinate with respective supervisors to implement the disciplinary actions for those who are found to break the health and safety regulations and rules.
• Control the worker’s lockers and keys.
• Take the fingerprints of the employees and save them in HR database.
• Cooperate with other safety officers to conduct the monthly internal HSE audit, suggest the corrective action plan as well as follow up the improvement of related department
• Co-ordinate with the Maintenance department to conduct the monthly checking of fire extinguishers as well as the periodically fire evacuation drills.
