Brand Image Management Planning:

• Develop, oversee, and manage the company's overall brand image and product branding across all communication channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with the leadership's vision.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive brand identity guidelines document.
• Brand Communication and Marketing Planning:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive brand communication strategy to reach key stakeholders including partners, suppliers, employees, customers, etc
• Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to reach the desired market and customer segments.
• Create a multi-channel content marketing plan based on the defined messaging.
  
  

Plan Execution and Optimization:

• Oversee, implement, and optimize brand image, advertising, and marketing campaigns across various media channels.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and timely updates of all company and product-related content.
• Collaborate with the HR department and internal communications team to execute internal communications initiatives, leveraging various channels, platforms, and activities to enhance employee engagement and communication. (Conduct a comprehensive range of marketing and communications tasks: content creation, digital marketing, etc.)
  
  

Requirements Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher

Major:

Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, International Trade

Professional Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in the communications field
• 2 years of marketing experience in a similar position within a B2B industrial manufacturing company is a plus
  
  

Skills and Knowledge:

• Knowledge of B2B marketing and international marketing channels
• Proficiency in marketing and communication tools, advertising platforms, and performance metrics
• Relevant marketing and communications certifications
• Understanding of international trade, international sales, and B2B industrial market access channels
  
  

Language Proficiency:

• Vietnamese (Native language)
• English: Fluent in all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) with a TOEIC score of over 650 or IELTS score of over 5.0
• Chinese: HSK 3 or higher is a plus
