Our client is a leading educational organization in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:

Recruitment & Training

Conduct the search, contact, interview, evaluate, and select suitable Principals, Vice Principals, and Department Heads.
Prepare evaluation reports and salary proposals for candidates (according to the salary range in the salary scale) for approval by superiors.
Implement the onboarding, guidance, and training for management levels within the school sector according to the company's development orientation and plans.
Evaluate management levels after training.
Train departments within the school sector according to the work processes of the sector.

Main Responsibilities

Participate in assessing and evaluating M&A deals, particularly regarding expertise, teachers, operations, and quality.
Contribute to the development of curricula, lesson plans, and teaching for students.
Develop monthly, semester, and academic year plans for the development of the school sector.
Create plans for developing new school locations, taking over or converting schools.
Establish, manage, assign, and supervise activities at school locations.
Direct the entire school sector to implement educational plans, event plans, enrollment plans, etc., in close coordination with other departments in the company.
Mobilize and assign personnel, arrange and allocate staff within the school sector.
Oversee the process of obtaining licenses for school locations from state management agencies.

Other Tasks

Perform other administrative tasks as requested by superiors.
Conduct diplomatic work with parents and state management agencies when necessary.
Participate in planning costs, revenues, enrollment, and supporting tasks for other departments.

Reporting

Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc summary reports as required and on time.
Report unusual issues and seek direction on matters beyond authority.

Requirements

Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field.
Eager to learn and progress.
Dynamic, honest, conscientious, and highly responsible in work.
Calm, flexible, straightforward, and tactful in interactions and problem-solving.
Positive thinking. Consistent in language, behavior, and attitude.
Understanding and practical knowledge of managing and operating preschool systems.
Communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Information dissemination skills.
Proficient in office software.
Preference for candidates with English communication skills and other talents.
At least 3-5 years of experience in managing preschools with a scale of 200 students or more.
Preference for experience in managing chain or system preschools.
