Coordinate with fabric mill to determine delivery schedule and sequence of implementing all order in the lines.
Responsible for the production coordination between the company and the dye factory and fabric plant.
Follow up Sample yardage with mills for the demands from garment vendors.
Co- ordinate with Production Team in order to deliver on- time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to vendors.
Follow up and communicate the testing tracker and production report and order grid chart.
Coordinate and arrange PP meetings to ensure the production mill is aligned.
Entering the data to ERP upon receipt of the order.
Follow up Testing report, Inspection report, Shrinkage report, Shade Bands for every PO from Suppliers
Arrange submission to buyer for Lab dips/Strike offs/1st Bulk Lot/Shade Band of the fabrics.
Follow up & Coordination with Production, Quality and Logistic Team on time shipments.
Preparing internal order sheets, purchase order, booking sheet, packing list.
Plan and arrange greige and color requirements, timely inform the delivery according to the company&039;s plan, confirm the variety and quantity of greige.
Arrange Production File, QA folder.

Knowledge of Fabrics, and Garments construction.
3 or more years of related experience
Knowledge of apparel merchandising.
