Brand & Communication Strategy

• Develop and implement an effective communication plan for marketing and PR campaigns.
• Propose strategies to introduce and promote the brand message.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Manage brand image from design to production.
• Oversee both external and internal communications.

Creative Development

• Hands on content production.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure an effective communication plan across social platforms.
• Coordinate the flow of external and internal communications (memos, newsletters, etc.) for students and prospects.
• Oversee content for the website, social calendar, marketing materials (press releases, blogs, POSM, sale kits).
• Manage media inquiries and arrange interviews, statements, etc.
• Internal communication/ Employee Branding
• Internal & External communications flow for student, prospects, staffs

Media Relationships

• Build long-term relationships with KOLs, NGOs, GOS, journalist, influencers and key stakeholders
• Monitor press coverage related to the company and its brand, maximizing opportunities for positive PR.
• Analyze current communications to ensure consistency.

Crisis Management:Serve as a facilitator and provide solutions for resolving disputes.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, PR, or related field.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and 3 years working experience in a similar role
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
• Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
• Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
• Have experience and networking with media journalists, KOLs
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong planning skills and practical hands-on ability
• Business Acumen
• Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
