Located 400m from West Lake, Oakwood Residence Ha Noi is a destination voted by many foreign experts as the most livable project because of its fresh and airy environment right in the heart of the capital. This is the first project in the serviced apartment segment of Van Phu Invest with European standards from design to service, operated by the oldest hotel group - The Ascott International.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue per available room (RevPAR).
- Analyze market data, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to determine optimal room rates.
- Implement dynamic pricing models to adjust rates based on real-time demand and market conditions.
- Manage room inventory effectively to maximize revenue and minimize overbooking.
- Develop and implement overbooking strategies to balance occupancy levels and revenue.
- Monitor and adjust inventory levels based on demand forecasts and market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement revenue-generating initiatives.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize revenue.
- Support the development of sales and marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and analyze revenue reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement revenue management metrics and KPIs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Conduct market research to identify revenue opportunities and challenges
- Analyze the impact of external factors on residence revenue.
- Lead and manage the team.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment
- Conduct weekly rate/sell strategy (yield) meetings with General Manager, DOS, Reservationist, Front Office Manager.
- Manage use of revenue systems* on a daily basis. This includes the responsibility for any manipulation of the yield hurdle points and daily inventory balancing where appropriate. Train and support hotel teams on revenue system* functionality and enhancements.
- Manage all channels including but not limited to room types and sell strategy.
- Works with Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs
- Works with Director of Finance in the preparation and management of the budget.
- Other duties and projects as assigned by the Director of Sales.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma or Degree qualifications or higher preferred
- At least 3 year of relevant experience in the hospitality industry with knowledge of the market
- Previous Revenue Management or Pricing experience is preferred
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated knowledge of effective hotel pricing concepts, yield management optimization and selling strategies, and ability to determine which concepts to apply in given market conditions
