JOB PURPOSE:
Asist to business through local customers. Identify new market opportunities and ensure effective development and promotion of the company and its products
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers and other relevant people to ensure that the company's maximum potential sales are realized.
2. Assist to work with internal teams (TC, QA, Packaging, Purchasing, WH...) to proceed RFQ process when required.
3. Accurate and timely key in the system of new products Data, P.O data, update price under time limitation especially in period of changing quarter and new item launch (include decoration of bottle price)
4. Coordinate and follow up with planning team or relevant teams to get production plan for order confirmation to customer both local and export orders
5. Coordinate and follow up with Packaging/QA team to meet customer's trial run requirement/new project's timeline
6. Control and handle slow move, eMIS, and amortized amount.
7. Coordinate with Accountant team to complete all relevant documents for issuing invoice to customers on time.
8. Coordinate with other internal departments for welcoming customer visit/meeting/audit.
9. Conduct Research new trends, potential markets to identify new opportunities.
10. Work closely with new customers to receive and update project timeline, trial samples, PO, Forecast, delivery, and inventory.
11. Visit or Join meetings with new and potential customers to develop current customer relationships and to create new/potential customer relationships
12. Assist in formulating and monitoring, tracking report, ongoing projects, new business amount collection to ensure the long-term success of corporate objectives.
13. Assist to Sales Business Development Manager to acquire new customers and generate new sales for new accounts or projects to achieve business and financial targets and grow the business
14. Others or emergency case to be assigned accordingly
BENEFITS:
Working Day from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Working time from Monday to Friday.

Travel by company bus from pickup point to company and vice versus.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor's Degree or similar in the field of Business Management, Business Administration or Technical Engineering.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 years' work experience in sales and marketing field or others (referred)
- Experience with standards of ISO 9000 and experience in ISO implementation
- Experience in Quality requirements for plastic packaging (HDPE, PET, etc.) is a plus
OTHER SKILLS / JOB CHARACTERISTICS REQUIREMENTS:
- Good computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point.)
- Good numerical skill.
- Good customer relationship building and negotiation skill.
- Know how to communicate in Vietnamese and English in good manner.
- Logical and analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good looking (referred)
