1. Daily jobs: - Visiting customers as customers visit program. - Taking additional visits when there are any problems occurred on Quality, Services, ... or when Customer requests for support in case of their Seamer or Filler broken down. - When on site: Following up the corrective action implementation of relevant departments assigned by Customer Complaints meeting minute. Co-operating with Manufacturing Department to improve our Quality or Services to meet up the requirement of each Customer. To contact and/ or reply to our Customers on CTS area of responsibilities. To provide information on Customers Status 2. Month jobs: - Carrying out Customer filling line audit. - Evaluating the working condition of the filling line (especially Filler and Seamer). Advising our customers to adjust or maintain the Filler, Seamer fo achieve the best performance. - Training our Customers on Seamer set up and update technologies relative to Double Seam, handling products (empty cans and filled cans), - Report Writing - Training Can Plant Personnel in Customer Needs. - Training about Can making process for customers. - Other tasks are assigned by Manager.1. Technical - Education: Degree or equivalent. - Skills & Competence: - Able to read/write report and communicate in English. - Proficient in MS office. 2. Interpersonal - Conscientious, motivated, and good initiative. - Able to work well with other functional departments. - Good communication skills. - Able to multi-task 3.
