1.0 BASIS FUNCTION:
1.1 Assist Engineering manager to manage Engineering Staff in technical support in installation, setting up, maintenance and repair of DWI can line machines and equipment, and all other company facility to provide efficient services to manufacturing department and all over company operations at the minimum practical cost.
1.2 Control operation of Engineering department within budget and policy.
1.3 Control Engineering personnel in compliance with overall company regulation, policy and procedures

2.0 RELATIONSHIP:
2.1 Responsible to Engineering Manager for performance of assigned functions.
2.2 Exercise direct control over assigned personnel.
2.3 Co-operate with the Manufacturing, QA and Logistics in achieve plant objectives

3.0 RESPONSIBILITY:
3.1 Support subordinate engineers in planning, organising, and performing their tasks.
3.2 Manage Engineering personnel in solving day-to-day technical problems. Closely work with other departments in solving major production problems and responding to customer complaints.
3.3 Manage assigned personnel in the development and implementation of new or improved methods for optimising the use of equipment, materials and manpower.
3.4 Enforce in compliance with overall company regulations, policy and procedures. Maintain discipline across the department.
3.5 Developing policy and procedure with area responsibility.
3.6 Train, appraise and initiate changes of status for department personnel, so that manpower is most effective utilised and developed.
3.7 Project work as assigned.
3.8 Follow and comply with Safety Procedure.
