Mô tả công việc
1.1. Responsible for cashing operations covering petty cash and cash in bank
1.2 Ensure that the company procedures are implemented covering payment policies on all
types of purchases.
1.3 Efficient cash flow monitoring on daily basis.
1.4 Accurately recording cash, advance and liquidation. Reconciliation of daily cash
balance
1.5 Completeness of petty cash payment documents and safekeeping for records and cash
in transit, prepare petty cash summary and reimbursement.
1.6 Prepare and submit accurate PV as well as checks/ TTs on timely basis.
1.7 Plan and perform monthly financial close and reconciliation of banks’ accounts
1.8 Administration collection, maintenance of accounting data.
1.9 Record and prepare payment of payroll, social and health insurance for all employees.
1.10 Assist in development of accounting systems, procedures and controls
1.11 Continue update accounting and tax regulations
1.12 Providing support in tax preparation.
1.13 Keep informed of financial and legal regulations
1.14 Assist internal / external auditors in performance of audits
1.15 Project work as assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
2.1 Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance
2.2 Written and spoken English (Fair)
2.3 Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel
2.4 Attention to detail and accuracy, integrity
2.5 Vendor relationship skills
2.6 Ability to meet deadlines, problem-solving skills
2.7 Team work
2.8 1 - 2 years relevant experience
