Buying product (40%):
Analyzing consumer buying patterns and updating and predicting future fashion trends
Assistance and coordination of logistics and distr­ibution
Work closely with operation in order to receive new shipment
Planning and follow up LC and payment requests
Monitor stock, inventory and sales (50%):
Regularly reviewing performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels;
Master file management and implementation of pricing strategy
Collect data, analyze and monitoring of inventory on daily/weekly/monthly basis. Help with decision making process and executing action plan with Manager
Work closely with Manager to review daily/weekly/monthly reports
Sell through management and market analysis
Stock management control. Develop requirements and evaluation standards
Support in developing short and long term inventory plan
Support (10%)
Support Product Manager and Brand Manager in request

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Able to perform under pressure and work in a fast paced team environment with strong computer skills. Excel is a must
Able to communicate in both Vietnamese and English effectively at all levels
At least 2 years of experience in working as a merchandiser/buyer in fashion/retails
Experience in a sales driven environment with strong analytical and time management skills
Close attention to detail
College, Bachelor's degree or relevant certificate
Always available for travelling
Excellent in communication both English & Vietnamese
