Purpose of this position

To assist Ms. Nhu Y in Sales and admin task.

Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor and urge the works of reporting positions such as cleaner, driver.
Support in purchasing and supplying equipment, tools, stationery,…
Receive, send and transfer letters, goods to departments and partners.
Communicate both of internal and external parties to ensure efficient and smooth administrative operation process.
Prepare monthly admin report and other relevant reports.
Prepare letter, document, contract, amendment,..etc. in term of Sales and admin.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Contact to book a table, party, car, hotel when needed.
Supervise the office cleaning, trees, make sure the office are always clean and tidy.
Follow up customer payment, contract term and prepare regular report.
Preparing and ensuring the meeting room is always ready to use.
Coordinate the implementation of company programs for employees (party, travel, birthday, funeral,…).
Organize, sort, save of documents, contracts, letters in related to Sales and Admin operation.
Arrange car schedules as line Manager’s requirement.
Prepare lunch, drinks, tissues for internal meetings.
Support the recruitment process, prepare and guide integration for new employees.

Qualification
Minimum Education: University graduation on business administration or other related field.
Preferred Knowledge: At least 1 year experience with a backgound in HR & Admin. Well organization and soft skills.
Professional Experience : Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office applications.
