1. Responsibilities
Objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Prioritize the development of performance on the following platforms: Facebook (including ads), Website (SEO, SEM), LinkedIn, Email marketing
- Generate high-quality leads regularly, collaborate with the sales team to optimize conversions, and generate revenue for the project/company
- Optimize and convert traffic into potential customers for the company’s products and services
- Revenue, C/R (Cost/Revenue), and CPO/CPL.
2. Job Content
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Implement and ensure that the key performance indicators in the campaigns running on digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Website, LinkedIn, TikTok) are on track with the committed plan at the beginning of the month.
- Create advertising content (including text and images), design and optimize landing pages to ensure lead generation and conversion.
- Maintain new testing and optimize advertising metrics to find the best form and advertising channel.
- Responsible for the budget, tracking and making periodic updated reports on conversions, lead status, and making predictions on all advertising channels.
- Coordinate with other personnel in the project to achieve individual and common goals.
- Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.
3. Job Requirements

- Passionate about the field of B2B SaaS software provision and ready to contribute to the Enterprise 4.0 trend.
Skills:
- To be able to self-design content (including text and images) and landing pages.
- To be able to read, understand, and analyze advertising data and make appropriate optimization decisions.
- To have good writing skills; good reading and understanding of English.
- To be proficient in basic digital tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Adwords.
- Experience in the field of Inbound Marketing and Marketing Automation is an advantage.
- Professional Knowledge/Experience
- At least 1 year of experience running advertising and in-depth understanding of FB, GG channels.
- Have run advertising with a budget of over VND 100 million/month, prioritize candidates with experience in the education field.
- Have experience running directly to orders/revenue is an advantage
- Experience in the field of Inbound Marketing and Marketing Automation is an advantage.
