I. Job Description

The senior graphic designer is responsible for conceptualization and implementation of design of solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion.
Highly focusing on marketing’s target audience belongs to each brand or product that delivers the accurate conceptual design term.
Creative, attention to detail and passion for design, typography, art and digital trends.
Join in brainstorming sessions if required.
Assessing the productivity and quality output of the Design team.
Training and providing support for junior level design team members.
Work closely with Creative Lead Consultant to deliver expected results on time.

Ii. Requirements

Thirsty for searching new trends of design, visualized communication, especially on digital platforms.
Have a degree in graphic design and at least 3 years’ experience in lead designer roles or previous senior designer experience.
Previous work experience or knowledge in the medical or healthcare field is an advantage.
Have training skills for junior staff.
Good communication skills, independent thinking, teamwork skills
Requires specialized knowledge of methods and techniques of graphic design and layout, manage for an entire marketing campaign, demonstrate a high level of proficiency in design, web and multimedia software and applications, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Portfolio must show solid design examples.

Iii. Hr Policies

Salary: 18,000,000 Gross – 23,000,000 Gross
Annual leave, insurances will be following to Vietnam Law and as company's regulations.

Working time: Full-time (9:00 – 18:00), Monday to Friday.
Work at 12A Floor, L’Mak Long Tower 101 – 103 Nguyen Cuu Van St.,Ward 17, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam.
