* JOB IN SUMMARY
- The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for all factory-based positions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, hands-on individual with a strong understanding of the local labor market and a passion for building a strong workforce that aligns with ofi's values.
- Other importance of this cum role is responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering impactful learning programs, and ensuring continuous development of employees at the site. This role supports both compliance and capability-building initiatives aligned with business goals.
* TALENT ACQUISITION ROLE
- Consult with organization leaders to understand the requirements, duties, and desired qualifications for specified vacant positions, and take responsibility for job postings
- Host and participate in job fairs to connect with potential candidates, while building applicant sources through research and outreach to colleges, employment agencies, media, and online platforms by sharing organizational information, presenting opportunities and benefits, and maintaining strong relationships
- Analyze candidates through phone screenings, verify experience and credentials, and forward qualified applications to the hiring manager
- Schedule applicant interviews as directed by the hiring manager
* LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT ROLE
- Deliver training programs for new hires
- Implement evaluation tools such as surveys, assessments, and feedback forms to analyze training outcomes and continuously improve program content and delivery methods- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience in the same function
- Exellence in English and Microsoft office (Powerpoint, excel ...)
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance issues, and hiring regulations.

- Organization and prioritization skills
- Passionate about technology; proficient in using social media (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn...)
- Proficient in using tools to create posters, videos... (Canva, capcut,...)KPI Bonus 1-3 months
