Olam Food Ingredients (ofi) is a global leader offering naturally good food & beverage ingredients and solutions. ofi commenced operations in Vietnam in 1997, setting up its representative office. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Track and improve Import & Export processes for Raw Material, Finished Goods
Ensure and manage efficient handling of local customs procedures such as day to day customs declarations, as well as any other Customs related topics
Make customs finalization report monthly basis.
Be responsible for all compliant, accurate and timely internal and external reporting as well as regular reconciliation of data between Customs authorities and the company.
Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc) taking into account company's goals and financial standing
Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions to departments based on sound analysis.EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
Technical skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customs management role
Have experienced in FMCG or Indoor Furniture
Experience in using SAP is preferrable
Process understanding
Can use excel fluently.
