Job overview
We are seeking for a Procurement Specialist/ Expert who is responsible for the Procurement activities in ofi Spices Vietnam, including sourcing, purchasing and coordinating for the deployment of any spices' SOP, SOP from ofi globally. Concurrently, the individual have also be the key contact point for procurement seasoning projects at ofi spice Vietnam side for new product development/ innovation activities.
Key responsibilities:
Manage procurement activities follow direct Boss's Instruct.
Lead for purchasing activities, specializing in purchasing Monosodium glutamate (MSG), seasoning, spices & herbs, salt, food chemicals.
Liasoning and negotiating with suppliers/collectors on price, quality, and quantity of raw material.
Monitor delivery activity of supplier to keep the right days.
Managing activities of quality controller, warehouse keeper, field staff etc
Managing the flow of incoming and outgoing material and ensuring its quality
Controlling cost of operations and planning & managing daily fund requirements
Collecting daily market information on prices, production, harvest etc to keep the right news for reporting.
Follow up market information in price and buying activities of competitors.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Agronomy/Agriculture, Environmental sciences, Development Studies etc
Agronomy knowledge of Black Pepper, Cassia crop, Monosodium glutamate (MSG), seasoning, spices & herbs, salt, food chemicals...etc.
Strong networking & collaborative skills for working with variety of internal departments & external groups like local government or NGOs etc./
Excellent presentation, report writing & communication skill
