Mô tả Công việc

Purpose : To implement an effective quality control program to ensure that final products conform to specification.

Interactions :

- Discuss on internal and external corrective action with QA, Process, Maintenance, Test, IQC, Production Supervisor, PC, LGS and Training

- Participate with QA, Process, Maintenance, Test, IQC, Production, PC, LGS and Trainer in Process Improvement

- Participating on Process Base Audit and System Audit with QA, Process, Maintenance, Test, IQC, Production, PC and Trainer.

Functions

1/ Perform reject verification, evaluating and recommending disposal of rejected parts.

2/ Liaise with supplier/customer to improve incoming quality.

3/ Liaise with customer to improve product quality and coordinate corrective action activities.

4/ To liaise and work with Maintenance engineer, Production supervisor and Process engineer on major quality problems.

5/ Initiate action to prevent the occurrence to product nonconformity

6/ Verify the implementation of countermeasure.

7/ Control further processing, delivery of non-conformed product until the deficiency has been corrected.

8/ To generate and implement QA Control Plan for product, SI verification & CoC signed off & release.

9/ Responsible for functional audit activities, documenting and implementing QA processes.

10/ Perform in-house quality system audit to verify conformance to the responsible and higher management so that corrective actions can be effective.

11/ Audit the production process to ensure that the assemblies at all levels conformed to the specification and workmanship standard.

12/ Assist the QA Manager/Head in verifying that the requirements of ISO9001, ISO13485, AS9100, NADCAP & ISO14001 are implemented and maintained.

13/ Train and supervise QA personnel under his/her charge.

14/ Oversee the company’s Documentation Control for meeting customer/product requirements.

15/ Coordinate with team to archive Qualify objectives (KPIs) of department and company. 16/ Administration of RTV, RMA and MRB parts; 17/ Any other jobs assigned by immediate supervisor.

Results/Output :

1/ Ensure that final product conform to specification

2/ Ensure effective handling of customer complaints

3/ Ensure the effective implementation of countermeasure & documentation system

4/ Motivate and supervise the inspector to perform the inspection job efficiently

Authority:

1/ In the case of QA Manager not presence to decide, QA engineer has authority to stop line if detected non-conformance on the line and require relevant departments to give corrective action.

2/ Allow to remind & issue warning letter to QA inspector when he/she violates company rules or not fullfill responsibility which caused errors to product & other processes on the line.

3/ Allow to suggest for process improvement & manpower headcount (reduce or increase), according to trend of NG ratio or prod.schedule.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1/ Graduated: Technical college or university;

2/ Have min.1 year experience in same position for companies assembling PCB or PCBA;

3/ Have knowledge on EMS_ISO14001 and QMS (ISO9001, ISO13485, AS9100, TS16949, NADCAP…) is preferable;

4/ Know to use computer (Microsoft Office, Internet…);

5/ Intermediate English_level B or above. 

Job requirements:

6/ Having been trained and understood the standards IPC-A-610, J-STD-001 & J-STD-033;

7/ To understand production processes: Baking PCB, AI, SMT, BE, HA, Test, Coating, FQA, Packing;

8/ To know how to use equipments to support Production: VOM meter, LCR meter, Push tester, Hydrometer, Lightmeter, Microscopes, humidity & temperature measuring devices for solder pot, soldering station…

9/ Knowing 5 Core tools & how to use the computer (Excel, Word, Powerpoint..) to import data & make report
