What You Will Be Doing:

• Implement integrated solution for CX AI Chatbot platform, including automation or knowledge base import/export, knowledge article pre-processing, Salesforce integration, web integration, Microsoft teams integration, etc.
• Collaborate with different teams to implement a new knowledge base system to ingest trainable knowledge for bot from multiple sources
• Automation of CX processes using scripting/python
• Write automated unit tests to bulk-evaluate chatbot answers
• Front-end customization of chatbot through css styling and React library
• Work with different product team to integrate OPSWAT customer facing portal with chatbot
• Automation of CX department processes
• Implementation of new OPSWAT community forum
• Research new technologies to enhance Customer Experience or optimize department efficiency
  
  
  

What We Need From You:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related major
• Experience in web application development
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with NodeJS, React.JS
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, including database design, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Azure Data lake

• Knowledge of LLM and OpenAI
• AI prompt engineering experience
