Job Summary:
Senior Sales & Market Strategy Analyst will support our lead generation and client engagement efforts. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and experience in market research, sales operations, or digital marketing. You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, optimizing content strategies, supporting loyalty programs, and aligning our website and communication efforts with sales goals. Your work will directly impact how we grow, retain, and engage with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research, identify and analyze potential markets for business growth Identify and research potential clients to support Sales hunting and lead generation activities
Build and maintain prospect lists for the Sales team.
Design and support outreach strategies and execution in coordination with the sales team.
Assist in farming strategies and develop tactics for nurturing client relationships.
Contribute to the design and partial execution of client’s programs.
Prepare quarterly sales and marketing performance reports.
Analyze the effectiveness of content campaigns for improvement.
Suggest and implement website optimizations based on sales goals.
Track budgets and expenses related to department activities.

Hard skills:

Strong research and data analysis skills.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, CRM systems, and data visualization tools.
Experience with content performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
Understanding of B2B sales and digital marketing fundamentals.
Familiarity with automation tools for outreach (e.g., Apollo, Salesforce, Hotspot, etc).

Soft skills:

Strategic thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Highly organized and proactive.
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Comfortable working independently and across teams.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing field
2-4 years of experience in marketing research, sales operations, or a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Strong English communication skills.
Experience working with international clients or markets is a plus.
Experience in IT Sales activities is a plus.
