To manage the merchandise mix to maximize sales and profit of a division, to achieve the business plan for sales, GP, sell through and effective stock management within our business. Manage PO of third parties, stock transfer, and inventory of brand. Monitor actual sales performance to plan and communicate as appropriate & manage abnormal demand Monitor and reviews historical sales and promotion impact, as well as pipelining assumptions, to continuously improve forecast accuracy, and to provide contingency plans for management teams. Network management for new product launches, formulation and package changes, promotion activities through timely scheduling and frequent communication with related departments. Align all colleagues and departments concerned when addressing issues and solving problems Manage supply planning and inventory control to ensure stock availability and adequate stock as target Report daily, weekly, monthly, yearly sales, inventory, PO and arriving shipment status.University, College, vocational, graduate or equivalent Knowledge of Retail industry and merchandising management At least 2-year experiences in merchandise, retail business and/or related field.
