The role of a CSM

A CSM is responsible for overall Customer service excellence, the duties include Strategically designing, planning and developing an innovative supply chain infrastructure (both hardware and software) that synchronizes and supports the company business development plan in short and long term. The goal is to enable optimal cost-time efficiency by powering a reduction of inventory, labor and logistics cost while also delivering top value, high-quality products to customers timely and seamlessly. The main responsibilites:

Fulfilment efficiency

• Keep cost-cutting strategies focused on reorganizing stock levels to reduce labor, inventory carrying, and freight costs.
• Consolidate and analyze the data for an end-to-end order processing cycle to find bottlenecks and implement improvements accordingly.
• Deploy technology to automate and streamline CSR operation process with customers, internal departments, and external supply chain stakeholders.
• Monitor supply chain inventory records and logistics system to make sure it run smoothly, legally and standardizedly

Increase the flexibility of the supply chain.

• Foresee the supply chains risks and create adaptive operating models to prevent/ overcome/ minimize the any disturbance.
• Reviewing, Improving and Developing the systems of eco-partners in supply chain to help company make use of the external resources profitably and flexibly.

Overall responsibility of CS excellence:

• Supervisory duties include coaching, training and motivating staff to perform effectively. Customer service managers must also create an environment where employees feel valuable to the organization
• Evaluate and report on KPIs
