We're seeking a high-energy and results-oriented individual to ensure a smooth experience for our driver-partners.

What You’ll Do

• Accounts for approximately 70% of total dutieGuide drivers through operational procedures via phone calls, fostering a smooth transition.
• Accounts for approximately 20% of total dutieEnsure driver information and registered accounts match system records, upholding relevant processes, policies, and legal regulations.
• Accounts for approximately 10% of total dutieTrack and monitor analysis of metrics to effectively identify and resolve operational issues, driving continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities and implement process improvements to help streamline daily operational tasks.
• Track and monitor analysis of metrics to effectively identify and resolve operational issues, driving continuous improvement.
• Special/ad-hoc projects are assigned by Line Manager/ Department Manager.
• Work location: 10 Pho Quang, Tan Binh District
• Work time: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM), and Saturday (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM).

What You’ll Need

• Education: Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in operations background/customer service;
• Skills:
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel is ideal;
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken Vietnamese;
• Outgoing, collaborative, responsible, and well-organized individuals are preferred.
