Advise the Group's Board of Directors on management work in the fields of Accounting and Finance. Lead and manage all activities of the Accounting Department according to the authority and tasks assigned by the Group's Board of Directors; Responsible to the Group's Board of Directors for all working activities of the Department.

• Establish and manage annual and periodic financial revenue and expenditure plans and advise the Group's Board of Directors on implementing expenditures in accordance with established plans, ensuring proper use of capital and capital sources, and saving money. save costs and achieve efficiency;
• Planning financial strategies and tax strategies. Ensuring the integrity and quality of reports related to finance, accounting, taxes...
• Plan and make short-term financial decisions. Establish and balance weekly and monthly cash flow to ensure production and business activities
• General management and accounting of all activities related to finance and accounting.
• Manage accounting systems, accounting books, invoices and business documents.
• Research and understand the provisions of law, regimes and policies of the State in order to promptly guide, inspect and supervise uniform implementation throughout the Group.
• Check the preservation and storage of accounting documents.
• Manage budget activities of the enterprise.
• Provide information, data, and accounting and financial documents to the Group's Board of Directors and functional departments within the Group to serve management according to the provisions of the Company's operating regulations.
