Working Location: Decathlon Hai Ba Trung Store in Vincom Times City
Working Hours: 5 days/weeks (including Saturday and Sunday), 8 hours/day in shift

*** Missions:

Our Decathlon sport (team) leaders are c.user-centric. They connect with the c.users by creating possibilities to interact, engage, and activate sports practice. They interact with them at stores, places of sports practice (clubs, stadiums, sports playgrounds...), and digitally (social media like FB, Instagram,….)

*** Your Responsibilities:

- In a store, as the leader of your specific sports team, you take charge of the recruitment, training, and management of your teammates.
- Passionate about the customer, you develop and animate your commercial policies thanks to good management of your stock, your merchandising, and your range of products.
- You will be responsible for your Profit & Loss account.
- You develop and manage your resources with all autonomy as a true leader of your activity.
- You join with other store captains to ensure the daily operation tasks of the whole store.
