The Objective designed for the role of Students Admission Area Manager is to take the leads & responsibilities for company’s students enrollment in assigned areas . The role therefore is a comprehensive role provide strong both supporting & directing Sales Leadership to ICR Centers in leading the execution of both sales marketing & operation management & to ensure all centers are strong & reach monthly KPIs
1) Managing Students Enrollments :
- Provide training materials & ddeploy all training program including long-term and short-term for CSOs, Educational Planners, Team Leaders that included products mastering, operation SOP training, sales technical & soft skills training
- Recruit, train and supervise the onboarding CM, Team Leader, CSOs in centers to ensure employee have adequate full attitude, skills & knowelege training to perform his/her role.
- Report & analyse KPIs for each center & produce a productive action plan & creative local marketing plans to improve Sales
- To manage monthly re-enrollment KPIs.
- To Be responsible for active students growth & NCC
- Other Sales management projects assigned from BOD
2) Center P/L Management
A. To budget & analyse Center Cost V/v revenues assigned . Manage centers expenses to ensure center have profit & achieved KPIs monthly
B. To manage all Centers budget of stationery, inventory, utilities within assigned budget
3) Operation Management
- Co- Train with Operation team for System, infrastructure maintenance & Operation SOP to all Educational Planners, Team Leaders & SOPs in assigned center
- To provide the set-up management for new centers on classrooms by working closely with operation & project team.
4) Market Vision
- Research market competitor , analyse & provide market knowledge training to CSO teams .
- To contribute ideas to senior management in bringing new products trend for market best fit.
- Make a best fit suggestion to senior Management on location to set up new ICR for market penetration
5) HR
- Foresee the risk of talents and therefore building the back up talents plan & development plan to improve employees engagement & development in assigned centers zone.
- Working with Educational Planner , CSOs career pipeline development training & KPIs tracking system to prepare a pool of potential Team Leaders, Educational Planners
- Recruit networking talents best fit with ICR business to continue extra HR value to the company.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Vietnamese with college or bachelor degree, Business Administration major is preferred.
- Solid experience in sales of services
- Demonstrable success in growing sales (min. 2 year)
- Management experience of teams of 10+ is a plus
- Direct management experience of customer relations and problem solving
- Commitment to implement and execute company policy and represent the interests of the company
- Goal-oriented
- Comfortable with commission-based bonus structure
- Management of international/ multi-cultural young teams
- Experience in the education industry is preferred
- Ability to present and drive change
- People management skill
- Good Training & Coaching skills
- Ability to communicate with a broad range of audiences
- Efficient time management
- Familiar with MOS Office
