• Manage the Talent Acquisitions Team to promptly fill vacancies.
• Perform recruitment process for middle to high-level vacancies and not limited to other positions depending on business needs
• Determine staffing needs and produce forecasts to create talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans accordingly
• Come up with hiring solutions or better recruitment approaches
• Control recruitment budget and recruitment sources effectiveness
• To ensure that all job descriptions are in place and remain current and accurate.
• Manage the team to resolve any rising problems timely
• Manage hiring reports, Applicant Tracking Systems and identify areas of improvement
• To ensure all new employee administration is complete, filed; to include new starter paperwork, checklist, employment eligibility checks, offer letters and contracts, etc.
• To advertise new vacancies internally and update weekly basis
• Do employer branding on website recruitments to enhance potential candidate traffic
• Collaborate with other HR functions and Business units to enhance employee experience via engagement activities, welcome sessions, etc.
• Provide HR guidance to business leaders to manage labor relations
• Other tasks assigned by line managers
