Job Purpose:

Serve as a key liaison between the Sales team, customers, and internal stakeholders to support pre-sales activities, gather and analyze business requirements, and propose appropriate fintech solutions in the international securities domain. 

Responsibilities

At Equix Technologies, you will:

Business Analysis for Pre-Sales Support (80%)

• Working with the Sales team to research professional requirements from customers, especially financial institutions, securities companies, and foreign investment funds
• Analyze business processes in securities trading (order placement, settlement, custody, margin, short-selling, API trading, back office operations, etc.) to propose tailored solutions.
• Review RFPs and contribute to technical and business solution proposals, including functional overviews, workflow diagrams, and high-level solution architectures.
• Collaborate with the product and technical teams to design system functions that align with client expectations and market standards.
• Participate in presenting solutions with customers and sales (demo, workshops, Q&A on business)

Support in building sales materials (20%)

• Write and update sales support documents such as: professional capacity profiles, product description documents according to customer requirements
• Collect, analyze, and aggregate feedback from customers to improve sales messages and materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, IT, or related disciplines.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst for foreign and domestic trading platform projects
• Strong knowledge of securities operations, especially international markets (trading, clearing, settlement, back office, OMS/PMS, etc.).
• Good skills in writing documents, drawing professional flows and expressing ideas well
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales and technical teams.
• Proficiency in English communication skills (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher)
• Experience working at fintech, software vendors for capital markets, or brokerage technology providers.
