I. Merchandiser Team
1. Handle order:
- Grasp firmly and follow order forecast to prepare in advance
- Working with Buyer/ China Sales to get order on hand and make sure about
o Production lead time
o Sample information, tech pack, full size spec, … and feedback/ or proposal structure as needed
- Create GO (garment order), trim list, FDS, style package, YY in factory’s system (if needed)
- Purchase fabric and follow up delivery time
- Instruct and communicate order information to Production team
- Arrange and deliver sample as Buyer required
- Follow up production issues during production process and be the coordinator to solve the issue immediately to avoid any production interval from order issued to shipment delivery
- Settle and verify all bulk issues related to order such as quality/ delivery before working with Buyers to get approval
2. Control materials: inventory, leftover, and aging
- Control materials in – out to other departments to make sure information flows smoothly and materials used effectively
- Work closely with Buyer/ China Sales and fabric mills to make sure about production lead time and material readiness
- Coordinate with related departments to optimize resources utilization
- Follow up all the activities of production planning, raw materials using, finished good storage and shipping
3. Control progress, arrange payment for outsourcing (if any)
Manage the continuous improvement of own tasks or join/ lead improvement projects of departmentI.

II.Planning Team
1. Leading and developing the planning team:
• Responsible for leading and developing Planning team
• Create and implement new planning strategies
• Reviews capacity modules and schedules
• Monitors KPIs of Planning team
• Ensures robust processes and documentation such as procedures, work instructions, planning reports are implemented and maintained

2. Capacity strategy and adjustment
• Calculate capacity & propose for next year
• Fix capacity for the next 3 months
• Weekly review HR/ Training… to catch recruitment & training status to have a forecast of trend for next coming.
• Monthly review production team for review output for 3 next months and adjust cap if necessary

3. Loading follow up and adjustment
• Weekly review booking and order issuance (Which is available in ESCM system)
• Frequently communicate sales & AH to have some anticipation of coming loading
• Update the cap & loading status (Normally by week)
• Check and analyze order receipt/ overall loading to give feedback to EEL PPC & Sales to have action in case of:
Unbalanced loading
Underload/ overload
Orders not matched with committed capacity.
• It has overloading & underloading for some months. Fty needs to make adjustment based on the fty production plan
• Make closing monthly report in the end of month. Check the actual output and adjust fallout order or advancement orders
• Give direction loading to master plan

4. Arrange Master plan
• Receive GO from EEL, review styles/ TNA and arrange production plan in FR
• Set up Master Plan aligned with Plan direction and loading status
• Fix production plan for the next 3 months based on plan direction
• Secure on-time-delivery of garment orders. Plan down to line level
• Optimize the production efficiency among sewing lines based on Plan direction
• Review style & output with Production (Executives and PST)

5. Control Master plan
• Weekly review material readiness Coordinate closely with Sub-Mat, AH to check accessories, fabric, and sample status
• Monitors production preparation, material arrangement
• Review output and weekly adjust output in FR
• Adjust production plan in FR in case there are any changes
• Weekly Issue production plan
• Settle issues impacted on master plan, delivery…
• Weekly hold Production plan meeting with related departments (PST/PRO/TED…) to align master plan with actual status
6. Other tasks
• Other duties assigned by Manager
• Responsible for the enforcement of company's internal labor regulation, policies and procedures or any instruction from the Management
• Always ensure compliance towards safety policies and regulation.
• Responsible to control and protect company's assets.
