Maintain file register and filing system in keeping with established systems and procedures.
Undertakes basic information gathering, as directed, and compiles data for entry; enters and/ or verifies data, as directed.
Set up and maintain document systems. Set up work procedures.
Lead the visual Management and KPI displaying in Operations
Liaison with internal and external contacts as required.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Line Manager
Coordinate the flow of information from Operation Director to other departments.
Monitor and report Operation KPIs
Manage daily activities of Operations Director including planning and management of meetings, workshops, conferences, correspondence, document filling, reporting, and other general secretarial duties, as directed.
Coordinate internal and external events.
Monitor performance progress with management.
Organize Daily, Weekly, Monthly review meetings of Operations functions and corresponding review presentations
Obtain, monitor and review Operations Cost, Recovery Cost

Open for Fresh Graduates of 1- 2 years’ experience. Majoring in Business
Good at interpersonal skill, problem- solving skill, persuading skill, influencing skill and project management skill.
Stress tolerance
Maintain the confidentiality of the information, Initiative, Reliability
Time- management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office
Good at verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
