Regularly visit customer sites to check their systems.
Support customer operation and do minor troubleshooting.
Build Server & Storage hardware solutions.
Report and propose improvement to the customer.
Set up server, backup and storage system for customers.
Address simple technical issue and escalate difficult issue to higher Level in Service team.
To take responsibility on the assigned Projects and to work based on defined functions:
- Give Improvement in IT system and internal process
- Operation & Maintenance
- Maintain Customer Relationship
- PJ Implementation & Management
- Support Customer issues within SLA, responsibility in best efforts
To be able to lead small group of Engineers in project implementation, control and manage progress status, report to line manager timely
Able to lead and handle implementation for Medium and Large Projects.
To lead / advise other engineers and support them in the project implementation
Ensure Project qualities, supplier’s behavior by managing & controlling vendor(s) works
To maintain and support the Customers and other teams.

Graduated in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
Experience in design, install and support Windows server.
Strong technical experience (At least 3- year experience in a similar position)
Dynamic, Initiative and team- player person.
Good understand IT equipment such as DELL/HPE server and storage, Microsoft Windows, Anti- virus, Backup software.
Good understand ICT knowledge- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WINS, files & print sharing.
Make Consultation & create solution(s) for technical skills below:
- System (Microsoft; Symantec; VMware; Veeam, Linux, etc.)
- Server (IBM; HPE; DELL; etc.)
- Cloud (AWS, Azure)
Cisco/VMware/Microsoft Certification is a plus
Experience to manage project with at least 2 members
