Submit docs to carriers/coloaders on time. Issue BL/AWB/Debit/Credit Note in system.Take care correct document for each sea and air shipments.
Follow air & sea export and import shipment, contact to carriers/coloaders/airlinesto get booking confirmation, send booking confirmation to related parties.
Communicate and keep close contact with customers, domestic and international suppliers via email, phone, and other tools via smartphone.
Follow up all current contracts precisely, systematically and specifically. Then report to direct managers all relevant information accordingly.
Input data to system, keep track of shipping plan with overseas agents/foreign suppliers to ensure the shipment delivery on time, check vessel’s schedule and related documents to complete shipments smoothly.
Arrange shipments under manager’s assignment, coordinate with overseas sales/sales department to handle.
Support overseas sales for pricing, handle other tasks assigned by Team leader (if any).
Solve problem, find the solution for every responsible jobs.
Salary: 16- 20 M
