1, Review contract & Negotiation:
• Research, update legal issues related to trade, contracts, especially contracts in construction field.
• Review all contract terms; Make sure they comply with the Law and protect the interests of the company when requested by the manager.
• Participate in contract negotiations when requested by the manager.
2, Contract Management:
• Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness to support implementation;
• Closely and proactively coordinate with related parties to ensure that the contract is properly implemented;
• Create files to keep track of on-going contracts.
3, Legal:
• Provide consulting to other departments on legal issues to the best of his/her knowledge if required.
• Prepare legal documents and participate in lawsuits to protect the best interest of the company.
• Take the role as a focal point to lead the works with the third party legal firm as and when required.
4, Cost Control: According to the company's cost control process and the manager's assignment.
5, Customer relationship : Clear, fair to customers; protect the legitimate interests of the company.
