How are you going to make a difference?

We are seeking a Senior Content Marketing Specialist with a strategic mindset, strong content creation skills, and deep expertise in e-commerce & technology marketing. You will play a vital role in shaping and executing Gearment’s content strategy. Your mission is to increase brand awareness, attract potential customers, and drive conversions across multiple channels.

· Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business goals to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.

· Establish and enforce content guidelines to ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging.

· Create, edit, and optimize high-quality content across various platforms, including articles, blogs, brochures, social media, video content, handbooks, newsletters, digital ads, SEO content, and event POSM.

· Audit existing content and analyze content performance metrics to drive continuous improvements.

· Track, measure, and refine content strategies to increase ROAS for both organic and PPC campaigns.

· Stay updated on market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform content strategies.

· Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive messaging and brand positioning.

Are you a fit?

· 3-5 years of experience in bilingual content marketing (Vietnamese & English), preferably in e-commerce or tech industries.

· Detail-Oriented (OCD-Level Precision): Ensures high-quality, error-free content.

· English proficiency: Minimum IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.

· Strong storytelling & strategic content planning to engage and convert audiences.

· SEO mindset and experience: Proficient in SEO content optimization expertise and keyword strategy understanding.

· Digital media & advertising knowledge: Experience in creating content for Meta, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and social media content performance tracking.

· Email marketing experience: Familiarity with platforms like Mailchimp.

· POSM & event marketing content experience.

· Basic design skills: Ability to collaborate with designers to produce visually compelling content.

· Branding expertise: Understanding brand positioning, messaging, and identity is a plus.
