At Getz, we’re an IT product company in the F&B industry, headquartered in Singapore, with a growing office in Da Nang.

We’re currently looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment. You’ll play a key role in attracting top talent, building employer visibility, and supporting a vibrant, people-first culture.

 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own full-cycle recruitment for Da Nang and support hiring tasks for our Singapore office.
• Build strong employer branding through creative content & campaigns
• Partner with hiring managers with job needs and job descriptions, coordinate interviews & ensure great candidate experience
• Support onboarding & offboarding and contribute to team engagement initiatives
• Support internal events and engagement activities.
• Assist with HR admin and policy execution as needed.

 What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition (tech/IT industry preferred)
• Strong sourcing skills & confident English communication (written & verbal)
• Experience with employer branding and content creation
• Creative, proactive, and people-focused mindset
