MiTek Vietnam, previously Platinum Global, was established in 2007. With over 2,500 engineers
and other professional staff in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam serving customers in Architecture,
Drafting, engineering design, Estimating, Marketing, and other Services for the construction
industry globally.
MiTek Vietnam is seeking a talented and motivated English Trainer to join our team. As an
English Trainer, you will be responsible for organizing and conducting English language training
programs for employees who are working as technical staff. Your role will involve developing
lesson plans, delivering engaging and interactive training sessions, and assessing the progress of
learners. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language, excellent
teaching skills, and a passion for helping working professionals enhance their English
communication skills to excel in their careers.
Responsibilities
• Provide lesson plans for the training programs
• Deliver training sessions
• Track the learners’ progress on a regular basis
• Make tests for end-of-class evaluation
• Assist with updating the teaching materials and curriculum to adapt to learners’ abilities
and demand
• Assist with problem-solving as required
• Help new team members adjust to working at PG – provide a sense of belonging
• Provide additional support to the team as required
• Assist with ensuring staff are compliant with work practices and policies
• Assist with providing feedback regarding team and staff performance as required
• Attend meetings and provide reports as required by management
• Other reasonable duties requested by management
Qualifications
• University qualification (with teaching certificates)
• At least 02 years of experience teaching adults (General English and Tests Prep)
• Teaching knowledge and skills: Proven ability to teach, coach and assess learners’
progress, Proven ability to provide factually correct direction to others relating to the
tasks
• Teaching certification (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) is highly desirable.
• Customer Service: Demonstrate a track record of providing good customer servicE

Trực tiếp giảng dạy các lớp học theo sự phân công của chi nhánh
Chuẩn bị giáo án dạy học, bài tập, chương trình bổ trợ, hoạt động dự án, đảm bảo chất lượng giảng dạy theo yêu cầu
Theo dõi số lượng và chất lượng học sinh. Đề xuất chuyển đổi học sinh sang lớp học phù hợp.
Chấm điểm các bài kiểm tra, bài tập dự án của học sinh
Theo dõi năng lực học tập và tiến bộ của học sinh trong lớp phụ trách
Phối hợp các phòng ban tại chi nhánh tổ chức chương trình dã ngoại, lớp học dự án, cuộc thi, chương trình sự kiện chăm sóc học sinh
Tham gia gặp gỡ, họp phụ huynh. Thảo luận với phụ huynh về tình hình học tập của học sinh.
