- Determining and confirming delivery deadlines to customers.
- Giving information concerning expected changes in delivery deadlines
- Creating production orders for finished products and sub-products.
- Creating production plans for all groups which efficiently use available production resources.
- Creating outsourcing plans for semi-products and production orders & following up.
- Making required changes in the production plan
- Creating/Printing Production work order.
- Checking & following up production status of the production order on Symphony.
- Controlling the status of realization of production orders.
- Controlling outsourcing contracts & managing all aspects related to outsourcing suppliers.
- Responsible for all activities related to air/sea shipment including making a packing list on ERP, container volumes, printing the product labels, supervising the loading container team.. etc.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager
