We are seeking a skilled Social Media Executive with 2-3 years of experience to manage our social media accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Content Creation: Develop engaging text, image, and video content for social media platforms.
Account Management: Schedule and publish posts, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
Community Engagement: Respond to followers, manage online communities, and foster positive interactions.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to improve strategy and performance.
Collaboration: Work with marketing and creative teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Excellent communication and creative skills.
Ability to analyze metrics and create reports.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.2 trips per year, regular cultural and event activities.
