About The Role

We are looking for an Associate Test Engineer to join our team and contribute to real business projects under the guidance of a line manager, mentor, and technical leaders. In this role, you will help ensure the quality of our Integrated Customer Care and Billing product by implementing, executing manual and automation testing, documenting and giving input to improve the usability of product, pointing out gaps and potential pitfalls to mitigate quality risk.

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Test Engineer eager to develop skills in both manual and automated web testing while gaining hands-on experience in real business projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (GPA ≥ 3.0/4.0 or 7.0/10.0).
• Strong coding abilities, preferably in .NET/C#.
• Basic understanding of IDEs and version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub).
• Knowledge of web application testing, IIS/Windows web hosting, and Selenium is a plus.
• Familiarity with Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, or MSSQL is an advantage.
• Adaptable to Agile/SCRUM,
• Proficient in English for technical discussions, and possesses strong teamwork, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements to create detailed and structured test cases and test plans.
• Participate in requirement discussions & sprint planning with the team.
• Reproduce and investigate reported incidents.
• Conduct manual and automation testing, analyze results, report bugs, and work with developers to ensure resolution.
• Develop and implement automation test scripts.
• Maintain and update testing documents, while staying informed on the latest testing tools and strategies.
