About The Role

As a Network Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of network infrastructures that support Hansen’s global operations and client environments. This role exists to strengthen our network capability in the APAC/EMEA region, contributing to seamless service delivery, proactive capacity planning, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

You will partner with global stakeholders, collaborate across time zones, and contribute to projects that directly impact our clients’ ability to deliver their essential services. Your expertise will help protect and optimize mission‑critical environments used across the world.

This is a full-time onsite (WFO) role in our Ho Chi Minh city office.

About You

You bring more than 5 years of networking experience with strong technical skills and a proven ability to manage and support complex network infrastructures. You have:

• hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and SD-WAN technologies (Velo Cloud).
• solid understanding of Layer 2/3 networking and protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and VXLAN.
• strong communication and client-facing skills.
• ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
• minimum certification: Cisco CCNA or Palo Alto PCNSA (higher certifications a plus).
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain network infrastructures for Hansen and its clients.
• Manage incident resolution, maintenance, and service requests
• Plan for network capacity and provide consulting services on network infrastructures and security solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve VPN, load balancer, and network protocol issues.
• Contribute to infrastructure design, documentation, and project delivery
• Be part of an on-call roster to provide timely support.
