As a Senior Automation Tester based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we ensure quality at scale. This is not just about writing automated tests, it’s about building and enhancing automation frameworks, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines, and driving best practices across teams. Your work will directly impact delivery speed, release confidence, and the adoption of AI-assisted testing, helping us move toward smarter, faster, and more reliable quality engineering.

This is a full-time onsite role.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks (Selenium, Robot, Playwright).
• Sprint planning & execution
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous delivery.
• Drive standardization of automation practices across teams.
• Collaborating with developers, product owners, and QA leads to ensure quality from the start.
• Mentor junior testers and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions.
  
  

What You Bring

• Strong experience in test automation framework development and maintenance.
• Hands-on expertise with tools like Selenium, Robot Framework, Playwright (Java or similar).
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Solid understanding of Agile processes and collaborative workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• A proactive, improvement-driven mindset with a passion for quality.
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
