Mô tả Công việc
- Visit customers and create/maintain relationships with existing/potential customers
- Learn and manage customers, develop potential customer data
- Understand product knowledge to introduce dermatology products to customers, resolve customer questions and complaints
- Capture market and competitor information to report and propose sales and marketing strategies
- Learn to understand the process of large and small scale beauty salon and spa, chains, having knowledge of bidding is a plus
- Report all sales-related activities according to the company's form
- Understand the company's regulations and procedures
- Collect market surveys if requested by marketing
- Coordinate with other departments (if necessary)
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated: College or higher in economics, marketing… preferably pharmacy.
- Have 1 - 2 years of experience working in the field of beauty/cosmetics/medical equipment related to aesthetics.
- Good communication, negotiation and customer persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure and understanding the assigned area is an advantage.
- Work independently, be honest, good listener, and eager to learn.
- Good-looking appearance, good knowledge in the beauty field.
