We are on the lookout for an Engineering Manager for the verification of digital designs and/or iVCs/uVCs development, as well as IP verification, collaborating in a global perspective.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Be responsible for the verification of digital designs and/or iVCs/uVCs development
• Be able to understand requirements & specifications and provide detailed planning from the teams
• Be responsible for IP verification (Formal, SystemVerilog, UVM)
• Support the Flow & Methodology improvements
• Be accountable for team execution
• Support the group director on Design / u-architecture teams
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree in Electronic or Computer Engineering
• Min. 5 years of industry experience in digital verification
• Development of verification environments and methodologies at block subsystem level
• Extensive knowledge of SystemVerilog / Verilog / UVM / VMM
• Motivated for Verification Methodologies and Best Practices
• Fluency in English
• Desirable to have understanding on design and IP u-architecture
• Ideal to have previous experience as Engineer Manager at least for small teams (Exception for any strong technical background candidate willing to move to an Engineer Manager position will also be considered.)
• Able to work along the Technical leadership
• Some travel required to align with the group leadership team
• Motivated for working on multiple teams across different time zones (Vietnam / Europe)
• Able to mentor, motivated and grow engineers
