




















































Our client is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Sales Manager to manage and grow their existing OEM customer base through active business development efforts. This role requires you to provide technical support in products & technology to customers, assist the Country Manager in achieving continuous growth of the business, and work closely with various teams to achieve the organisation's business objectives.
What you'll do:
As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be managing and growing the existing OEM customer base. You will identify and generate sales opportunities, implement effective sales strategies, and monitor the sales process to ensure successful closure. Your role also involves establishing close working relationships with OEMs, consultants, and main contractors for HVAC projects. Furthermore, you will manage, service, and grow existing accounts, particularly those within the HVAC sector. Lastly, you will promote retrofit/upgrade initiatives to building owners.
- Identify and generate sales opportunities through the development of new and existing accounts to achieve company sales target.
- Responsible for all sales activities in assigned area including implementing effective sales strategies to meet the set target.
- Monitor and track the sales process effectively in order to close the sales.
- Establish close working relationships with OEM, consultants and main contractors for HVAC projects.
- Manage, service and grow existing accounts, particularly HVAC customers.
- Promote retrofit / upgrade initiatives to building owners.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager position brings a minimum of 5 years of field sales experience in industrial sales, especially in rotating equipment. Exposure to the industrial Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation & Air-Cond (HVACR) industry would be highly advantageous. You are results-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. Your strong analytical skills combined with strategic thinking enable you to develop effective solutions. You have excellent organisational skills and are able to work effectively with others. Good verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English, are essential for this role. You must possess your own transport.
- Minimum 5 years of field sales experience in industrial sales, especially in rotating equipment.
- Demonstrated experience and exposure to industrial Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation & Air-Cond (HVACR) industry will be highly advantageous.
- Results oriented with the ability to rationally and independently define problems, exhibit sound judgement and take initiative to develop alternative solutions.
- Excellent internal and external customer focus and comprehension.
- Excellent organization, problem solving and communication skills.
- Displays combination of strategic thinking, strong analytical skills and drive.
- Ability to work with others in an effective manner, ensuring quotes are completed and submitted on time to customers.
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills, particularly English language.
- Possess own transport.
