- To maintain the Quality system such as: FSSC 22000, Halal, Kosher, ISO 9001, Rain Forest, Organic, FDA…
o Review all of Quality book/ Quality manual/ Quality Objective/ Quality review and update every year.
o Ensure the system work well
o Join in audit process by CB and Customer.
o Implemented internal audit.
o Corrective action all of Non-conformity and Improvement.
o Training all of dept for new Quality system.
o Make the Food Safety system Verification
- To learn, making and apply new Quality certificate, Quality document as Company/ Customer require:
o Certificate
o Specification
o COA
o Health cert
o Document to apply product
- To control product standard and product sheet for production:
o Supervise to update the product standard as product launch.
o Supervise to update the product sheet.
- To make the testing plan and testing implemented for the air, surface, raw material and finish product.
- To support R&D to make the spec for new product as Customer required.
- To be responsible for working out together with other departments appropriate procedures and instructions to determine general work flow and functions of the organization
