Strategic Financial Planning:

• Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Work closely with department heads to develop, monitor, and analyze budgets and forecasts.
• Provide variance analysis and identify areas for improvement.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business initiatives and strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial reports to business leaders and stakeholders.

Performance Metrics and KPIs:

• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business unit performance.
• Develop dashboards and performance metrics for ongoing evaluation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with other departments, including operations, sales, and marketing, to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
• Act as a bridge between finance and non-finance teams.

Business Advisory:

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Support decision-making through scenario analysis and financial modeling.

Risk Management:

• Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate and advise on the financial impact of business decisions.

Continuous Improvement:

• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and financial trends.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, preferably in a dynamic business environment; having at minimum 1-year experience in the same role.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
