Main Duties
• Responsible for the overall management of Joma cafes by ensuring that both the operational and commercial sides run smoothly. • To provide product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. • To identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities. • Managing cafe compliance to Joma standard operating procedures (i.e., recipes, training, cleaning, inventory/ordering, etc.) • Strictly monitor the costs at each café every week to identify and minimize unnecessary wastage. • Functioned as the project manager for opening new cafes. Manage any physical upgrades, externally or internally at Joma locations. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and plans • Monitor and supervise on-the-job training as per training guidelines and procedures. • Constantly monitor and encourage staff development (both technical skills and soft skills) through training and teambuilding exercises • Lead by example and apply Joma’s management philosophy (“Gentle but firm”) and core values. • Any other responsibilities as delegated by the General Director, as appropriate.

Personal Requirements • Bachelor's degree or professional qualifications. • 5+ years of experience in hotel, restaurant, or other hospitality industry. • 3+ years of management experience at the same level • Have a broad knowledge of bakery, baked goods, and cakes. • Experience in hospitality training and/or vocational training is a plus • Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and oral).
