Mô Tả Công Việc
1. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Support line manager to ensure smooth daily activities related to the inventory planning & stock control, import-export operating, purchase material, logistic preparation & delivery arrangement, after sales services & cording with other department to ensure the delivery, documentation & admin tasks related.
2. JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Logistic preparation including documentation and transportation arrangement …
• Import / Export declaration.
• After sales service: coordination with Sales and others department
• Data analysis & reports

Knowledge
• Graduated from University in related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience.
• Working experience for factory is preferable.
Skills
• Excellent communications skills (both English and Vietnamese)
• Team working, strong analytical, reporting, and problem solving skills
• Good skills of Microsoft office (Excel, PPT…)
• Good analytical and decision making, communication and win-win negotiation skill.
• Good command in English reading, speaking and writing.
Behavior
• Attentive to details and quick to react.
• Self-motivated as well as good teamwork spirit.
• Positive thinking.
• Able to meet deadline and willing to work overtime in case work requires.
